We cannot however  warrant  against acts of nature or vandalism, so please read carefully through our full warranty  here  to understand  the coverage.   Also please note non-HDPE products like cushions and covers have different warranties.

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

Loll charges table rate shipping on all orders. Please visit our shipping page to view rates for the continental United States, Canada, and Alaska/Hawaii.

How do loll products ship?

Loll furniture is shipped knocked down and flat-packed to save on costs and resources. Most products ship via FedEx ground while large oversized items ship flat-packed on 4’x8′ pallet(s) via a third party trucking company.  If you ordered an oversized product, you will be contacted by the shipping company when the order reaches your vicinity to schedule a window for the delivery.  It will be a curbside delivery and the pallet(s) will be lowered to the ground by the shipper, but you will be responsible for removal of the pallet and packaging. Click here for more information about shipping for oversized orders.

We have gone to great lengths to make our furniture assembly very simple. Your shipment will include easy-to-follow instructions and any tools that you need to assemble your furniture. For more details, watch our general assembly tips video.

Do you offer expedited shipping or white glove delivery?

General ship time is approximately 3-5 business days. To inquire about possible expedited shipping or white glove services, please call us at 877-740-3387 or email us for a quote.

Can I pick up my order?

Absolutely! Products can be picked up at our headquarters in Duluth. Just select “pick up” when you place your order, and we’ll contact you when it’s ready.

I’m going to be out of town when my order arrives, what can I do?

Not to worry, if it is shipping via FedEx, you can sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager to redirect your shipment to a FedEx location or Walgreens.

Receiving My Order

I’m unsure of the assembly part, how does that work?

We have gone to great lengths to ensure a very user friendly assembly experience. Our lock block system and design make the process simple and possibly even enjoyable. All products ship with a Loll tool and assembly instructions, so you have everything you need to assemble. If you are assembling multiple products, you might consider the Pro Tool Kit.

Check out these videos to get a better understanding of how to assemble your Loll furniture.

What if something arrives damaged?

Please inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt. If the item(s) sent was damaged or seems incorrect/defective, please email us photos of the product. Please do not send these items back prior to contacting Loll, as the majority of the time we are able to resolve issues by sending replacements parts.

My package did not come with assembly instructions. How can I get them?

Doh! Don’t worry – You can download instructions from each product page's shipping + assembly section on our website.

I’m missing product parts. How can I get them?

We apologize! Please fill out our parts order request, and we will send you the necessary parts STAT. And again … sorry ’bout that.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be happy with your new product! Customer satisfaction is very important to us, so we will go out of our way to accommodate your returns as best we can. View our return policy.

Material

What kind of material is Loll made from?

Loll products are made with recycled high-density polyethylene (HDPE) primarily from milk jugs (#2 plastics). Milk jugs are used because the plastic is closest to white, which allows us to create Loll’s variety of colors. Read more about Loll’s materials.

Does the color fluctuate between products?

We have tried our best to accurately represent product colors on our website. However, due to the nature of electronic media, color of actual products may differ slightly from how they appear on this website and on your particular computer.

Similar to other materials, like wood or fabric, our colors may vary. Loll products are made from post-consumer recycled material, and color and texture may differ from product to product and within a finished product. For example, an Adirondack chair is made with 22 parts, and some parts may be made from different sheets, which may have varying color tones. We work closely with our material supplier on quality control for the best consistency possible, but material color may naturally fluctuate.

To view a material sample, please submit a Material Sample Request Form, call our headquarters (877-740-3387) or email us.

Is there ultraviolet (UV) stability in Loll material?

Yes. Loll products are manufactured with a highly weatherable high-density polyethylene (HDPE) sheet. Our post-consumer resin includes a superior UV additive designed for plastics that improves exterior durability, greatly reducing characteristic surface degradation caused by sunlight and other UV light sources. Pigments/color concentrates are formulated with the best weathering pigments available in the market in a particular color space.

Will the color of my product change over time?

In most applications, probably not. Further, darker colors are naturally much more resistant to change than lighter colors. When products are placed in full direct sun, testing has shown NO significant change of color over time for:

• Black
• Charcoal Grey
• Cloud White
• Sky Blue
• Navy Blue
• Driftwood
• Sage
• Fog
• Ash Blue

Testing has shown INCREASED change of color over time for:

• Apple Red
• Sunset Orange
• Leaf Green
• Chili

Is fading covered under warranty?

No. The sun is very hard on materials that have constant direct exposure, and we cannot guarantee the material color will not change over time. However, the high-density polyethylene (HDPE) material that Loll uses has a UV stabilizer and is very resistant to fading. The color is not a finish coat; it is a pigment embedded in the material throughout. You will never have to paint or stain Loll furniture.

Some pieces use Richlite natural paper composite as structural elements that are mostly hidden from sight. The Salmela Collection incorporates black Richlite in visible elements. Black Richlite will remain black for years with some apparent weathering. For more details, read our full warranty.

Can Loll furniture be exposed to chlorine?

Our high-density polyethylene material will withstand chlorine, and has been placed in many zero depth pools and waterpark projects.

What about placing Loll in sea-side environments?

Our hardware is stainless steel and is meant to resist the elements. However, a salt water environment is very harsh and even stainless steel will begin to show rust over time.  Keep in mind that surface rust on a bolt does not mean the product is failing, and fortunately most hardware on Loll furniture is either hidden or discretely placed.  In any case, rinsing your Loll furniture regularly with fresh water will help avert hardware rust.

Whats that on the bolts?

All bolts come standard with a thread coating to reduce bolts loosening after assembly.

How can I recycle my products or parts?

If your Loll products can’t enjoy a second life with someone else, or are no longer usable, we encourage you to help us ensure they don’t end up in the landfill. Our HDPE material can’t be recycled with typical curbside recyclables, so to ensure they get recycled properly, please send parts or disassembled products back to us through our Material Reutilization Program. We’ll remove any hardware and send on to an industrial waste processing facility where they can be repurposed into another useful product. No excuse for single use! Please reach out to customer service to notify them of the incoming product.

Care & Maintenance

What kind of maintenance will I have to do to keep my furniture looking good?

Loll furniture will not rot and requires no paint, stain or ongoing maintenance to keep its beautiful appearance. It is a good idea to occasionally inspect the furniture fastening to ensure bolts are not loosening. Daily expansion and contraction caused by heating and cooling can occasionally loosen hardware.

Watch the video below for more information on seasonal maintenance or check out the video on the Loll Cleaning Kit.

How should I clean my furniture?

Most often, a simple hose-off will do the trick. If there is more dirt, a simple wet rag and natural spray cleaner should be sufficient. Microfiber towels also work great. If there is dirt embedded in the texture, use mild soap and water and a stiff but gentle-bristled brush. You can power wash your furniture if you like that sort of thing.

Watch the videos below for more information on cleaning using our cleaning kit:

What about care and cleaning for my cushions?

Sunbrella fabric, is the best available in the outdoor market, and is fabricated to be stain, mildew, and fade resistant.   While the fabric does contain a finish that is water repellant, for better longevity, we do recommend covering or storing your product during heavy rainstorms or through the winter months.  Sunbrella fabrics can, however, withstand seaside conditions and chlorine environments.  The cushions are easy to clean, and we recommend simply spot cleaning with a mild soap and water.  For more thorough instructions, please visit Sunbrella’s cleaning page

What should I do with my furniture when winter comes?

Nothing! Our durable HDPE can be left out year round. Designed to weather all four seasons, there is no need to store or cover your furniture in the winter. Our only recommendation is if by chance you receive an abnormal amount of snow, like feet upon feet, to give your furniture a little relief and carefully shovel some of that snow off of it.

Can I take my furniture apart?

Once assembled, Loll products are intended to stay assembled.

Is it safe to keep my Loll furniture by the fire pit?

Yes! Just don’t throw it in the fire. The melting point of our material is 275°F – which means if you do have a problem with melting, you’ve got bigger problems to worry about first.

My dog ate my Lollygagger Lounge arm. Now what?

Fret not if a part of your Loll becomes damaged! Our products are made so that parts can be replaced. Please fill our our parts order request and we can provide a quote for the replacement parts needed.
