Product Return Form

For most items, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, Loll will be happy to process a return for you within 10 days of receipt of the item. However, contract/trade orders cannot be returned.

View Loll’s COMPLETE return policy and refund grades here: lolldesigns.com/return-policy. Unless otherwise arranged with a Loll representative, customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Be aware that furniture is susceptible to damage during transit. We take great care to pack shipments so you must do the same. You are responsible to ensure the item is returned safely to Loll Designs. Once the product is received, we will inspect it and ensure no damage has occurred during disassembly or in the return shipping, and then issue a refund accordingly.

All returns must be received within 14 days from date noted on this form. If items are not received within 14 days this RMA is void.
