Cranberry Mojito for two: recipe and photos via here, here, and here. 8 oz. fresh cranberries 3/4 cup sugar 1 cup water 20 mint leaves 2 tbs. lime juice 4 oz. rum 4 oz. soda Put cranberries, sugar, and water in a pot and simmer over medium heat Lower the heat after a bit to medium low and allow the cranberries to burst; remove from heat Once the berries have cooled, strain them and save the syrup Place 10 mint leaves along with 1 tbs of lime juice in each glass Grab your super good looking handy Epicurean muddler and mash the mixture up Fill the glass with ice and pour in 2 oz of rum and simple syrup in each glass Top with soda water and garnish with fresh cranberries drink up. repeat.
