This piece of Loll furniture is classified as oversized and ships via a third party freight truck on a pallet and delivered curbside. You will be contacted by the shipping company when your order reaches your vicinity to schedule a window for delivery. Upon arrival, the shipper will lower the pallet(s) to the ground at your curb. You will be responsible for removal of the pallet and packaging. We have gone to great lengths to make our furniture assembly very simple. This product is either knocked down (partially assembled) or flat-packed to save on resources. Included in every box are easy-to-follow instructions and any tools needed to assemble your furniture.
