Loll COVID-19 Statement

Covid-19 created some major setbacks for us this spring. We went into the season quite busy with extended lead times, and then our home state of Minnesota enacted a stay-at-home order for 5 weeks to any non-essential businesses. Restrictions are now lifted on businesses like Loll and we’re able to produce and ship orders again. However, with new safety procedures and changes to our process that protect our employees, we are not able to operate at full capacity. While we work with this new norm and get through our backlog, we are experiencing lengthy lead times. Currently, our lead time is 15 weeks. While we realize this might be a long time to wait, our recycled, American-made, outdoor furniture will get to be enjoyed for many years to come!

 

Already have an order in with us?

Currently, we are tracking on time for ship dates. Your ship date would be 14 or 15 weeks from when you ordered, or you’ll find it listed on your order confirmation.

 

Can I still order products or have my questions answered?

Yes and yes! Our customer service and sales teams have been operating from home since early March and are holding regular business hours of 8:30 am to 4:30 pm CT. If you are considering making a purchase, we would be so grateful for your support of our American-made furniture during these challenging times.
