Loll COVID-19 Statement

Loll Designs is located in Duluth, Minnesota. On Wednesday March 25th, Minnesota’s governor Tim Walz issued a ‘shelter in place’ order starting Friday, March 27th at midnight. The order includes all non-essential businesses to close for a period of two weeks. This means Loll Designs production and manufacturing will be closed starting Saturday, March 28th with the hopes of opening again on April 13th. Although we are sad to close our doors during this time, we realize the social responsibility we have to flatten the curve and keep our community as safe and healthy as possible.

Loll’s production teams have been operating safe and diligently under strict CDC guidelines for businesses producing as many orders as possible until this point. Unfortunately, this means that you will have to wait just a little longer for your Loll Designs order and is reflected in our posted lead time on product pages. As soon as it is safe to resume operations, we will be back up and running.

Already have an order in with us?
Please add about 2-3 weeks onto the original ship date that you received when placing your order. While we realize you will not have your furniture when you originally expected, rest assured you will be able to enjoy Loll furniture for many, many years to come.  In the meantime, we are truly sorry for the long wait you are experiencing and send our sincere thanks for bearing with us. As soon as we are able to operate again, we will be working hard to get all of your orders out.

Can I still order products or have my questions answered?
Yes and yes! Our customer service and sales teams have been operating from home since early March and will continue to do so. Our lead time does reflect the current shut down period, but please understand that everything is fluid right now and it could be longer if the shutdown is extended. We will keep you updated if that occurs. If you are considering making a purchase, we would be so grateful for your support of our American made furniture during these challenging times.
