There is always something to celebrate during the holiday season! From the shortest day of the year and the days getting longer past it, ringing in the new year with loved ones, or just resetting and relaxing during the slower months of winter. We paired up with our local friends at the Spirit Room in Superior, WI to share  some tasty craft cocktail recipes for you to try at home!  

 

 

Partridge in a Pear Tree

This delicious and festive cocktail makes a great drink to toast to on New Year's Eve, especially if you want to spice it up a little more than a simple glass of Champagne.  

 

How to make the Partridge in a Pear Tree:
.5 oz fresh lemon juice
1.25 oz spiced pear liqueur
Shake in an iced shaker
Strain in a 8 oz coupe glass
Top with champagne
Garnish with a sage leaf

Christmas Gin & Tonic

Get in the holiday spirit and smell the pine tree's with this twist on a classic cocktail. Christmastime Gin has a perfumed aroma that is reminiscent of the incense  of frankincense and Myrrh. It is filled with several essential oils that brings a sweetness and texture to the traditional Gin profile. 

 

How to make a Christmas Gin & Tonic:
Fill glass with ice
1.5 oz of Christmastime Gin
Top with your choice of tonic water
Garnish with cranberries & a rosemary sprig
Dust with powdered sugar

Ginger Brandy Old Fashioned

Try out this craft cocktail with a ginger brandy for a relaxing nightcap or while enjoying great conversation with friends! 

 

How to make a Ginger Brandy Old Fashioned:
1oz simple syrup
1 slice of orange 
1 luxardo cherry
muddle fruit with syrup and add 5 dashes of Angostura bitters with 4 dashes of orange bitters
2 oz of Ginger Brandy
Top with soda
Flip and serve

Moon Water Mocktail

We love a good mocktail, and the Moon Water Mocktail does not disappoint! The refreshing taste of the raspberry with the touch of sweetness from the simple syrup mixes together for a wonderful taste profile. Add a spritz of glitter and this mocktail is both delicious and stunning! 

 

How to make a Moon Water
3 blackberries
Muddle with simple syrup and fresh lime juice
Top with soda water and ginger beer of your choice
Garnish with a lime wheel, fresh blackberry, and a spritz of edible glitter
